1. Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched. Once it is out for delivery, cancellation isn’t possible through the platform — but you can reject the order at the doorstep. Please note that cancellation windows may vary by product category.
2. How do I return a product I received?
To return a product, go to ‘My Orders’, select the item, and choose Return. Returns are allowed only within the return window shown on the product page, and the item must be:
In original condition with all accessories and tags
Unused and undamaged
Properly packaged for pickup
3. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can raise a return request through the app/website. In cases of Open Box Delivery, you can even get an instant refund at your doorstep if the item is not as expected.
