Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are out for delivery, but you may reject them at the doorstep.

  • The cancellation time window may vary by category. Refer to the product or order confirmation page for details.

  • If canceled after the allowed window, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • If the seller cancels the order due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

  • Flipkart reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests and may modify cancellation terms from time to time.

Cancellation for Hyperlocal Orders (e.g., MINUTES delivery)
  • Orders placed under MINUTES delivery are:

    • Non-cancellable and non-refundable via self-serve, except in these situations (via customer support):

      • Order not delivered within the estimated time.

      • Order not picked up by the delivery partner.

      • Seller canceled due to reasons not attributable to the buyer.

      • Doorstep cancellation for any reason approved by the platform.

Easy Doorstep Cancellation
    • We may cancel your order (fully or partially) due to:

      • Product unavailability

      • Force majeure (unforeseen issues)

      • Suspected fraud or Terms of Use violations

      • Logistics limitations

    • In such cases, you will not be charged and any payment made will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Returns Policy

Returns are offered directly by respective sellers. The return policy can vary based on the product. Refer to the product page for specific return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, like wind instruments or specific hygiene-related products, are non-returnable unless:

  • Received damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up & Processing

During Pick-up, ensure:

  • Product matches original listing (IMEI, serial number, MRP tag, etc.)

  • All accessories and manuals are present

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Apple devices must have iCloud lock disabled

  • Packaging is intact and undamaged

If conditions aren’t met, the return will be refused.

Part 3 – General Return Rules
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

  • If an accessory is defective or missing, it may be replaced or refunded separately.

  • Open Box Deliveries:

    • If the item is wrong or damaged, an on-the-spot refund is issued.

    • Post-acceptance, only manufacturing defects are eligible for return.

  • Furniture issues are resolved by authorized technicians; full replacements only if repairs are not feasible.

  • Flipkart reserves the right to limit returns per customer after internal evaluation.
